The Practice

How I Work a Matter

Retained by plaintiff and defence counsel, insurers and regulatory bodies. Every engagement begins with the record and ends with an opinion I can defend under oath — no conclusion that the documents don’t support.

01

Record Review & Chronology

Clinic notes, compounding pharmacy records, lab panels and telehealth transcripts read in full and mapped onto a single timeline — prescriptions, dose changes, monitoring, consent and adverse events, each tied to its source page.

02

Standard of Care Opinion

A written report measuring the care given against the guidelines and evidence that applied at the time — including where the field was genuinely unsettled, which in this specialty is often the decisive question.

03

Testimony & Records Requests

Discovery and trial testimony, independent medical examinations, and an itemized list of the records still missing — the baselines never drawn, the panels never repeated, the encounters never disclosed.

Domain

One Field, Understood Deeply

A generalist expert flattens every case into the same shape. My practice is a single, fast-moving field — where the standard of care is contested, the agents are often compounded or off-label, and the record is scattered across clinics, pharmacies and telehealth providers.

01

Peptide Therapy

BPC-157, TB-500, growth hormone secretagogues and compounded research peptides — agents prescribed well ahead of any approval or evidence base.

02

Hormone & Testosterone Therapy

Testosterone and TRT, GLP-1 agonists, estrogen and thyroid replacement, and adult growth hormone — measured against the guidelines in force at the time of care.

03

Anabolic Steroids & SARMs

Nandrolone, oxandrolone, stanozolol, ostarine and ligandrol — prescribed, compounded or simply supplied outside any approved indication.

04

Regenerative Medicine & Longevity

NAD+ protocols, stem cell applications and longevity interventions — where the marketing consistently outruns the evidence.

05

Standards of Care

Physician conduct measured against established guidelines and evolving evidence — including off-label, compounded and direct-to-consumer prescribing.

06

Agentic AI in Medicine

Clinical decision support, autonomous prescribing workflows and AI-drafted records — where the algorithm advised, and who exercised judgment.
